As a wedding photographer in Cheshire, Willington Hall is a stunning venue and we have had the pleasure of photographing several weddings there. Standing in 17 acres of stunning gardens and parkland with amazing views over the Cheshire countryside. Dating back to 1829 when the Hall was origingally built it has undergone a series of transformations. The house was extended in 1879 with a new front wing and stables being added; a laundry block was added in the 1920′s however during the 1950′s the house under went major changes and its new look was revealed in 1955. Willington Hall was listed in 1958 by the English Heritage. In 1999 the Hall transferred into the hands the of Begbie family.
Willington Hall has a selection of rooms that can accommodate your ceremony and wedding reception; The Gainsborough room and the Richmond room for the smaller wedding party with the Hamilton suite licensed for 150 guests. If you fancy an outdoor wedding, then they also have a licence to perform Civil Ceremonies in the Temple which is located within the stunning grounds of Willington Hall and again offers the stunning views over the Cheshire countryside.
This truly is a beautiful wedding venue with lots of photographic opportunities where we absolutely love photographing at.
